🔄 Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

At Generox, customer satisfaction is important to us. You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged during transit
  • The product is defective
  • You received the wrong item

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags, accessories, and invoice.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or installed products
  • Products damaged due to improper use
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Products purchased during special clearance sales

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at care@generox.in
  2. Share your Order ID
  3. Provide clear images and unboxing video (if applicable)

Once approved, our team will guide you through the return process.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Online Payments: 5–7 business days
  • COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer (customer must share bank details)

Shipping charges (if any) may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Returns

For COD orders, intentional refusal at delivery may result in account restrictions. Repeated COD misuse may lead to future order blocking. Return-to-Origin (RTO) shipping charges may be deducted if applicable.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Refund for prepaid cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.

7. Damaged Product Claims

Customers are strongly advised to record an unboxing video for damaged product claims. Claims made without proper proof may not be accepted.
