🚚 Delivery Information
1. Order Processing Time
All orders placed on our website are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed on the next working day. In case of high order volume, processing may be slightly delayed. Customers will be informed via email or SMS.
2. Shipping & Delivery Time
Delivery timelines depend on the customer’s location:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Non-Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
- Remote/Rural Areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment confirmation. We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.
4. Delivery Partners
We ship through trusted third-party courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
5. Order Tracking
Customers can track their shipment using the tracking link provided after dispatch. If you face any issue in tracking your order, please contact our support team.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. If the customer is unavailable or unreachable, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply. Refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping charges.
7. Incorrect Address / Contact Details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address/contact information provided by the customer.
8. Damaged or Tampered Package
We request customers to check the package before accepting delivery. Do not accept the package if it appears tampered or damaged. In case of receiving a damaged product, inform us within 24 hours of delivery and share clear photos or unboxing video if required. Claims made after 24 hours may not be entertained.
9. Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, we shall not be held liable for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, government restrictions, courier operational issues, or force majeure events.
